She is a peer-reviewed acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) trainer and a functional analytic psychotherapy (FAP) trainer. Aisling is the co-director of ACT Now Purposeful Living and co-creator of 5 Minute Breakouts, a global movement with the objective of helping people break out of their comfort zones, for just five minutes a day. She has been at the forefront of spreading evidence-based skills to the general public and those within mental health settings in Ireland over the past 10 years. Her passion is making complex concepts easy to understand and apply.
