Fireman Sam is a TV series about a fireman called Sam who lives in the fictional village of Pontypandy. It first aired over 30 years ago, in 1987, and has been sold to over 40 countries.

The original idea for the show came from two ex-firefighters, Dave Gingell and Dave Jones.

Whatever the emergency, Fireman Sam and the Rescue Crew can always save the day!
