This is an essential read for all for it connects mind and body in the holistic representation of health and wellbeing.
To not know this as individuals and businesses is irresponsible. The “safe workplace” legal obligation concept well eventually be tied to creating enabling, kind, forgiving, and collaborating cultures rather than disabling, cruel, unforgiving, and competitive cultures. Any culture that accommodates bullying and harassment along with the accompanying anxiety will be held responsible for all health issues created. This could mean all physical and mental health issues of all employees.
