Jan Etherington is an award-winning British writer, journalist and broadcaster. For over thirty years she has been writing hit radio and TV comedy series with her husband (of almost forty years) and writing partner, Gavin Petrie. Conversations from a Long Marriage, originally on Radio 4, is her first solo narrative comedy. It won Best Radio Comedy in 2020 at the Voice of the Listener and Viewer Awards, and was nominated for the same in 2022 at the Writers’ Guild Awards. The fifth series will begin in early 2024.
