Krisi Smith is co-owner of Bird & Blend Tea Co. in Brighton. After years working in the tea industry, Krisi and her partner Mike decided to use their passion for tea to create their own innovative, independent, top-quality tea company. As well as its online retail operation, Bird & Blend Tea Co. has a flagship mixology store and runs courses in tea mixology.
