Lucy Rowland is the author of Jake Bakes a Monster Cake and Pirate Pete and His Smelly Feet, Little Red Reading Hood is Lucy's third picture book with Macmillan Children's Books. Ben Mantle began his illustration career early, picking up his first award in a local library colouring-in competition aged seven. Like Little Red Reading Hood, Ben has many favourite books including Where The Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak.
