Neil Ridley (Author) Neil Ridley is an award-winning drinks writer, broadcaster and consultant with nearly 20 years of drinks industry experience. He writes regularly for the likes of Wallpaper and Decanter magazines, as well as the Sunday and Daily Telegraph. He is also the co-author of nine books on spirits and cocktails and has been one of the main drinks experts on the hit Channel 4 TV show, Sunday Brunch, for over a decade. His debut book, Distilled, co-written with Joel Harrison in 2015, won the Fortnum & Mason Drink Book of the Year. As well as being a Keeper of the Quaich he has also been inducted into the Gin Guild, The Worshipful Company of Distillers and the Mousquetaires d'Armagnac.
Joel Harrison (Author) Joel Harrison is an award-winning drinks writer and presenter whose work can be seen in publications as diverse as The Times and Wired magazine. In addition to writing, Joel appears regularly on television as a spirits and cocktail expert and hosts tastings and events across the globe. Joel is a Keeper of the Quaich, Scotch whisky's highest honour, is a member of the Worshipful Company of Distillers, and received the Freedom of the City of London in 2020 for his work in drinks. He also holds titles with the Compagnie des Mousquetaires d'Armagnac and the Gin Guild.
