Rachel Meltzer Warren, MS, RDN is a New York area-based nutrition writer, educator, and counselor. In her private practice as a nutrition counselor, she specializes in helping young people as well as adults and families. She is the author of the book The Smart Girl's Guide to Going Vegetarian and is a consultant for Harlem Children's Zone where she develops and teaches programs on nutrition and wellness.
