About the Author

Soledad Bravi was born in 1965 in Paris. She has worked as an artistic director in advertising before returning to drawing. Today she is the author of many books and draws for French Elle magazine.

Ruia Aperahama is best known as a leading Māori composer and recording artist. He grew up within Ratana Pā, where Band and Choir were a part of daily life. It also influenced his spiritual journey, a journey which has permeated all of his work, as an artist and as a broadcaster.
