About the Author
Steve Tappin has dedicated his career to being a business leadership advisor and personal leadership confidant to Fortune500 CEOs. He draws on 20 years' experience of working with Chairmen and CEOs and acts as a confidant and sparring partner to ten of the FTSE50 CEOs and their main boards on business performance, leadership and talent. He also works with a select group of CEOs from India and China. Personally mentored by the late Sir John Harvey-Jones, Steve is a successful entrepreneurial CEO; he is currently CEO of Xinfu, the first global CEO confidant business, and prior to that founded and led the venture capital backed Edengene, the industry award-winning new venture consultancy, and Leaders Reloaded, the CEO development boutique.
