Cora is finally at peace. Living in beautiful Golden Bay (New Zealand) after years feeling torn between her birthplace, Spain, and New Zealand, she has found the courage to follow her dreams. But then life issues a final blow, threatening to steal her happiness away.
Relaxed and grounded, Cora's best-friend Irene has always been the perfect mother. But when her daughters grow up and leave home, Irene feels lost. Then she receives a letter from Cora with a life-changing request.
Cora's sister Sofia lives a dull life in Madrid. A literature professor, she longs for something else. Born in Madrid (Spain) and trained as a scientist, Tatiana's passion for writing goes back for as long as she remembers. Writing stories has always been part of her life. Following her move to New Zealand in her mid thirties, she rediscovered her passion for writing stories, and took several courses in creative writing from the New Zealand Writers College. Tatiana has won the second award of the "1st Letras Latinas short story competition" in 2014 organised by Alac Inc in Auckland, New Zealand, with her story "A trip to Vienna". Tatiana also had two mini short stories, "Farewell" and "If I went there for a second time", published in English and Spanish in 2018 by Letras Latinas Publishing House.In addition to science, Tatiana has recently started a business as a life coach.
