Ideal for reds and whites, the aerator circulates air throughout your wine, allowing it to breathe at a level of your choice, simulating up to six hours of decanting. This triggers oxidation and the evaporation of certain compounds, improving the overall flavour, enhancing the aroma and providing a smoother finish. Simply turn the stainless steel band to increase or decrease the speed of decanting depending on the type of wine. Comes with non-drip stand. 3 Stage wine aeration: Stage 1: The wine first hits the special umbrella, this allows the wine to spread out and collect more air. Stage 2: The wine will then pass through the 16 holed separation filter system to provide maximum aeration. Stage 3: For the final process the wine will flow into a funneled air tube that draws air from the top and distributes the wine into your glass.
