The Eva Solo garlic grater is a slim, handy, space-saving and easy to use utensil. Grate garlic cloves against the grater with the receptacle covered. The grated garlic collects inside the grater and can be removed once the grater plate is pushed up. At the same time, the reverse side of the grater plate is automatically scraped clean of garlic. The grater is also ideal for grating Parmesan cheese, lemon and orange peel for zest, nutmeg, ginger and more. The grater is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
