The Pro IQ range has all the features we have come to expect from SCANPAN of Denmark. This 32cm chef pan with lid is made from 100% recycled aluminium, squeeze cast for quick and even heat distribution. It has SCANPAN's exclusive Ceramic Titanium non-stick coating that is PFOA free. The quality stainless steel trims and ergonomic handles is both attractive and practical and complimented by glass domed lid with steam vents. The Pro IQ range is suitable for all cooktops including induction.

Before First Use:

• Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
• Routine Cleaning
• When cooking is complete, empty contents and run the pan under cold water to induce steam. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
• Do NOT use excessive high heat.
