About the Author

Beverley Turner (Author)

Beverley Turner founded The Happy Birth Club (formerly The Blooming Bunch) in 2013 to meet the needs of couples in West London wanting fun, informative and non-cringeworthy antenatal classes.

She is perhaps best known for her work in the media as a journalist, TV presenter and host of her own phone-in current-affairs show on LBC Radio. Beverley sits on the Royal College of Midwives' Better Births Initiative team and chairs events for IMUK, Birthrights and Doula UK. She is also a trained psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, but she keeps this quiet in case people think she is a weirdo. She has three children and is married to Olympic gold medallist, James Cracknell.
