About the Author

Amy Silver is a psychologist, speaker and author with extensive expertise in the area of fear and fear management. As a psychotherapist she is experienced in many different therapy types including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Amy left her prestigious career to 'tread the boards' as an actress, fulfilling a childhood ambition and solidifying her love of live performance. Amy now has a successful practice as a speaker, facilitator, and mentor. She teaches the management of emotions for high performance at work.
