Excellent service and my son n law is enjoying the book

An excellent book for the person who will be taking the next step into a new challenge. The issues that need to considered are numerous and unknown to the uninitiated so the book helps to prepare for the new job. The shortcoming is that it misses dealing with the specific challenges of a fly in fly out leadership.
