Sue Graves has been a freelance children's author for more than 17 years. She has written over two hundred books for children from pre-school up to 15+ years. She writes fiction and non-fiction, plays and poetry across the age ranges. Sue loves reading all sorts of books and is at her happiest when she has a book in her hand. She also loves painting in watercolours, playing tennis and badminton and going for long walks in the country with her husband and children.Mirella Mariani (Illustrator) Mirella Mariani was born in a small and green village between Milano and Como and has been in love with drawing since she can remember. When she was a child she loved books and comics too, so it was quite easy to find what she wanted to be when she grew up. After artistic high school she graduated from an illustration school in Milano. Now she is a children's book illustrator and comics drawer, and is mostly interested in their humorous side. She also loves riding her bicycle, horse riding, swimming and scuba diving.
