About the Author

The Times describes the co-creators of Twisted, Tom Jackson and Harry Bamber, as "the young Instagram duo who are on a mission to make comfort food cool again". The pair met for the first time in a tiny kitchen in Brixton, London. Tom - a talented cook from Birmingham - and Harry - a food mad videographer - set about making recipe videos that strayed from the ordinary, creating delicious never before cooked twists on renowned dishes, and publishing their endeavours on social media.
