She has served as a spokesperson to national brands including KAME, Thai Kitchen, and Simply Asia, and appeared on Martha Stewart Living, Bloomberg Radio, NBC s TODAY Show, and the Food Network. A certified holistic health and nutrition counselor, Trang has collaborated with the American Diabetes Association. She is the founder of Liquid Gold Tea Culture and Education Center and has taught and or lectured at New York University and Asia Society and is a food and beverage business consultant.
