“The layout is pleasingly consistent [...] there are other pages that add whimsical fun. Several of the illustrations create opportunities for the youngest children to learn new vocabulary. With its combination of miscellaneous sight words, concept groupings, and attractive pictures, this is a useful book for reading readiness. -- Kirkus Reviews The books in this series are perfect for reading one-on-one with toddlers and preschoolers, or for emergent readers to try on their own. -- Fairview Review Perfect for children starting to do word association and who love the outdoors. -- Stephanie's Book Reviews”
