About the Author

Marcus Bontempelli is a professional footballer who grew up in Melbourne. Now the Captain of the Western Bulldogs, Bontempelli is the youngest player in AFL history to have captained a Grand Final-winning team, and the three-time All-Australian, three-time Charles Sutton Medal (best & fairest) winner has a host of other awards and accolades under his belt from his seven-year professional career so far. His debut picture book, co-written with Fiona Harris, is a celebration of Marcus's beloved late Nanna Nancy, who was always his biggest fan.

Megan is originally from Ohio, but has spent most of the last decade living in Villach, Austria where she works as an art and design teacher. Megan loves playing video games, Zelda being her favourite. She also loves paddle boarding, skiing and petting cute dogs and cats.
