About the Author

Maureen Fergus is an award-winning author of books for kids of all ages. Her picture books include The Day My Mum Came to Kindergarten, The Day Dad Joined My Soccer Team and the Buddy and Earl series. She lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba - and has never met a reptile she didn't like.



Elina Ellis lives and works in Cambridge, United Kingdom, where she recently graduated with an MA in Children's Book Illustration. Since Elina is a big fan of funny stories and reptiles, she was thrilled to illustrate a book that has both!
