Ketelaar is a senior assistant professor in Communication at the Behavioural Science Institute (BSI), department Communication and Media, at the Radboud University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Sanne Demir works as a brand and communication strategist. Jan Aarts works as a researcher at DVJ Insights, a research agency in Utrecht. DVJ Insights has won the MOA-award 2018 for the best Marketing Research and Analytics Agency of the year.
