Kurtis Estes is a writer, creator, and all-around DIY enthusiast living just outside Los Angeles with his wife, two sons, three chickens, and a dog who's old enough to rent a car. With experience managing pop culture icons like Harry Potter and Batman, Kurtis now spends his days helping axolotls learn life lessons in his children's book series, writing about emotional support sloths, and turning his garage into a rockstar-worthy recording studio. Lydia Nichols is an image-maker/storyteller with a penchant for printmaking processes and anthropomorphic touches. As a kid, she declared her intent to become either a vet or a cartoonist.
