Lots of great Veg menus which are not too hard to make. The fact that this is a 10th Anniversary of the original pressing means that the menus have stood the test of time. Also I particularly liked the intro section at the beginning giving advice on what tools and equipment including pantry basics that you would need to have to make the various meals. As i've now transitioned completely to Veg/Whole Plant based food diet then this will likely be my 'go to' cook book for when I want to make something other that the One Pot Veg meal.
