Two-layer technology for an ideal espresso. The outer layer of steel of the boiler guarantees operation even on induction hobs, while the inner aluminium layer ensures even heat distribution.
Just like the coffee of the classic espresso pot. The aluminium container, a material from which the classic espresso jug is made, creates an espresso that is as unique and pleasant as the coffee made with the traditional espresso pot.

Awesome product, super happy with it, coffee brews very fast, similar to how food cooked on induction does. The only qualm I have with it is, that the water pot seems larger than a regular 2 shot mocka pot that you would use on a regular stove. Otherwise I definitely recommend!10 Feb, 2022
