Two keys don’t work one as expected but other than this obviously it’s very good for the children to learn along with the book13 Jan, 2019
The Piano itself is great, and the delivery was fast and hassle free - even over the busy Christmas period. However, the disappointing thing is, 2 of the keys are stuck/broken (ie. no sound comes from them). I understand this is a manufacturing issue, though the idea of return/exchange over the Christmas period was too much trouble. Would appreciate higher/more thorough QC checks in the future to avoid happening again.10 Dec, 2018
